ModeEmploi : Serves 2 to 3. Mix the contents of the jar with mashed potatoes into a smooth paste. Add a knob of butter and a little milk if necessary. Put the mixture into a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and broil for 15 min. You can also serve the brandade very warmor with our Croutons and Black Tapenade.
