Descriptif : A specialty of the Languedoc region, our salted cod is served mixed with hot mashed potatoes and sprinkled with grated cheese that you will then brown in the oven.
You can also serve it cold, spread on croutons for a delicious cocktail hour snack.

Mix the contents of the jar with mashed potatoes until it makes a smooth paste. Add a small knob of butter and a little milk if necessary.
Put the mixture into a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and broil for 15 min.
