Descriptif : Our recipe for fish soup concentrate has remained unchanged since it first went on the market in 1963. Its high concentration of 68% fish gives the distinction of being the most concentrated soup of the French market, with no artificial color, additives or preservatives. It is prepared in accordance with the tastes and traditions of its original Sétoise recipe. The texture is a joy to the palate, with just the right amount of smoothness that allows the flavor and texture of the fresh fish to come through.

ModeEmploi : Serves 6. Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan accompanied by an one liter of water and bring to a boil. Serve in a soup tureen with our garlic croutons topped with our Sétoise Rouille, (made with fresh eggs) and grated cheese.
